What conditions do you treat?
Depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma-related concerns, and more. Care plans can include psychotherapy (ISTDP-informed), medication management, TMS (including 1-Day & 5-Day accelerated options), and Spravato - matched to your needs.
Which treatment is right for me?
Start with our short Find Your Treatment Fit quiz for a tailored suggestion. You can also book a free 20-minute call to talk it through with a clinician.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, standard TMS and visits are often covered by major plans (coverage varies by policy). We verify benefits up front and provide written self-pay estimates when needed.
How much does treatment cost?
Self-pay estimates: Med management follow-up typically $130; therapy $150/50-min; standard TMS by session; accelerated TMS: 5-Day $5,000, 1-Day $2,500. Spravato out-of-pocket varies by plan; we confirm individually.
What is accelerated TMS, and how is 1-Day different from 5-Day?
Both condense TMS into a faster schedule using multiple short sessions with breaks. 5-Day spreads treatment across weekdays; 1-Day delivers it in one intensive day - useful for schedule or travel constraints.
Is TMS safe? Will I feel pain? Can I drive after?
TMS is non-invasive and medication-free. Most people feel tapping at the scalp and mild fatigue or headache that typically improves. There’s no anesthesia and most can drive after sessions.
Do I need to stop my current meds or therapy to start TMS or Spravato?
Usually not. Many patients continue meds and/or therapy during treatment. We’ll review safety and coordinate your plan with you.
How soon can I start?
After a brief call, we schedule your clinical evaluation and benefits check. If appropriate, we can move quickly, especially for accelerated TMS.
Where are you located? Do you offer telehealth?
We’re in Fredericksburg, VA. Many psychotherapy and medication follow-ups can be done by telehealth when clinically appropriate.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) incur a $100 fee. This keeps time available for patients who need care.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes, clear written estimates, self-pay options, and flexible ways to pay. We can also divide payments for some services.
Clear, evidence-based guides to help you choose the right path at Redbud.
